Client Relationship Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal client experience
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
