JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Residential Sales Representative is a foundational role designed to progress towards a Community Sales Consultant position. This role is pivotal in facilitating the sale of newly constructed homes within specified communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage all potential clients.
- Showcase model homes while articulating the features and advantages of each property.
- Provide insights about the community and its surrounding amenities.
- Assist clients in choosing home sites, architectural designs, and structural enhancements.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of clients and complete necessary documentation.
- Accurately prepare all contract addenda, color selections, and related paperwork.
- Guide clients through the loan application process and secure deposits in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure effective planning and execution of the construction process.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding loans, contingent contracts, property listings, and homeowners post-settlement.
- Engage in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
- Successfully complete the Sales Consultant Training Program milestones.
- Perform additional tasks as required or assigned.

Education and Experience:
- A Real Estate License is mandatory prior to engaging in home sales.
- Experience in New Home Sales, Property Management, Leasing, or High-End Retail sales is preferred, demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing, or relevant experience in home sales is preferred.
