JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Residential Sales Representative is a foundational role designed to progress towards a Community Sales Consultant position. This role is pivotal in facilitating the sale of newly constructed homes within specified communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage all potential clients.
  • Showcase model homes while articulating the features and advantages of each property.
  • Provide insights about the community and its surrounding amenities.
  • Assist clients in choosing home sites, architectural designs, and structural enhancements.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of clients and complete necessary documentation.
  • Accurately prepare all contract addenda, color selections, and related paperwork.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process and secure deposits in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure effective planning and execution of the construction process.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding loans, contingent contracts, property listings, and homeowners post-settlement.
  • Engage in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
  • Successfully complete the Sales Consultant Training Program milestones.
  • Perform additional tasks as required or assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • A Real Estate License is mandatory prior to engaging in home sales.
  • Experience in New Home Sales, Property Management, Leasing, or High-End Retail sales is preferred, demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing, or relevant experience in home sales is preferred.
