Vendor Management Program Lead

Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Program Lead to join our Acquisitions and Contracts Business Management Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our small business program, identifying opportunities for small business participation, and developing strategies to expand our business supplier base.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of a vendor management strategy to ensure compliance with small business program requirements.
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for small business participation and provide recommendations for strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with acquisition staff to ensure small business and solicitation requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Assess and recommend the use of different contracting mechanisms to incentivize new vendor participation in solicitations.
- Participate in small business conferences and networking events to promote INL's small business program and identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, and 5 or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competitive salary range: $75,804 - $155,496.
