Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Program Lead to join our team at Idaho National Laboratory. As a key member of our Maintenance department, you will play a pivotal role in steering long-term maintenance objectives in alignment with INPO principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the Maintenance Strategic Plan, evaluating departmental performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement assurance plans and schedules to mitigate risks that might jeopardize management system outcomes.
  • Provide analysis to key leaders to improve performance and ensure compliance with Davis Bacon requirements and PM Program assessments.
  • Interface directly with and provide work direction for safe and compliant completion of scheduled work activities related to operations.
  • Ensure assigned personnel have the required training to perform their assigned work and are fit for duty.
  • Implement and support the continuous improvement of Conduct of Operations (ConOps), ISMS, HPI, and VPP programs and procedures.
  • Maintain facility configuration within the safety basis and identify hazards and their mitigation.
  • Provide input to and reviews of facility operating documents and maintain knowledge of facility systems, operating requirements, and administrative and safety limits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with nine – fourteen years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters' Degree with six- eight years of relevant experience, or
  • Associate's Degree and thirteen - eighteen years of relevant experience, or
  • High School Diploma with fifteen - twenty years of relevant experience is required.

Relevant experience includes Management in at least one of the following:

  • Maintenance
  • Operations
  • Leadership Development
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Construction
  • Human Resources
  • Nuclear Research
  • Program management.

Experience with INPO principles in conduct of maintenance and operations is highly desirable.
