Job Overview:
This role involves ensuring that materials, components, and finished goods meet established quality standards. The Quality Control Inspector will conduct comprehensive evaluations of incoming materials, in-process items, and final products to verify adherence to specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
2. Document inspection findings by completing necessary reports and logs, detailing re-work and waste, and entering data into quality management systems.
3. Identify and report any deviations or defects to the Quality Control Manager, collaborating with production teams to address and rectify issues.
4. Engage in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of defects.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following all safety and quality protocols.
6. Assist in the formulation and execution of quality control procedures and standards.
7. Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control methodologies and practices.
8. Continuously assess and enhance production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Compensation:
$25/hour
