Job Summary

Metric Geo, a global employee-owned consulting engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated solutions for energy projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing matrix-management arrangements, client relationships, and projects of various sizes and budgets. You will also have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and a passion for providing mentorship to less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage power delivery projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, 10 years preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
