The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health services and guiding clinical leaders within the region. This role involves managing, supervising, and developing client care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a team of Nurse Case Managers to provide safe and appropriate home care services.
  • Oversee financial and operational aspects of the assigned region.
  • Coordinate performance improvement initiatives and participate in relevant committees.
  • Address client referrals and assess the agency's capacity to meet service needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical personnel, ensuring adherence to care plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor clinical records and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
  • Preferred BSN or MSN degree.
  • Minimum of five years of nursing experience, with a focus on home care.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this position is USD $85,500 - $127,900 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
