Clinical Supervisor

Central City Concern is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clinical programs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and development of designated programs under the umbrella of SUD's. This role requires flexibility, independent decision-making, program planning, clinical supervision, quality management, and liaising with outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor clinic compliance with all CCC policies and procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement additional policies and procedures as needed to ensure effective operations.
- Process client grievances and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with operational leadership on ensuring compliance with grants and contracts.
- Provide clinical consultation and care planning during daily clinic operations.
- Ensure the clinical and compliance efficacy of clinical documentation of clinical direct reports and perform regular chart reviews and audits.
- Identify and coordinate staff training needs, and collaborate with other SUDS or MH leaders to training plans.
- Engage in regular professional development activities to include completion of CEU's, trainings to increase clinical competencies, trainings on innovative SUDs care models and train the trainer programs.
- Knowledge, education, training, skills and supervisory experience in a SUDS outpatient care and knowledge of higher level of care placement and integrated clinical care model.
- Knowledge, education, training, skills and experience in providing and supervising services in a highly diverse work environment to a highly diverse and mostly homeless population.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in counseling and assessment techniques, ability to develop these skills in others.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in SUDS and dual diagnosis treatment methods, Evidenced Based Practices and modernized models of care.
- Ability to manage reporting on outcome measures and key indicators.
- Ability to consider the impacts and outcomes for underserved communities during decision-making processes.
- Ability to consider impacts of systems of oppression, structural racism, and individual bias on client outcomes.
- Ability to understand low barrier access to services and housing for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and impacts of substance use and mental health disorders.
- Ability to prioritize access to services and housing based on acuity and need.
