Clinical Supervisor Intake Specialist

At Daybreak Health, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health support to students across the U.S. We are seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our team and provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of mental health clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group supervision to a team of up to 6 associate clinicians, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to promote professional development and ensure adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
- Conduct client intakes in collaboration with the Client Success Team (CST).
- Foster effective collaboration and communication among the clinical team, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Attend monthly Associate Supervisor Clinical Team Meeting (CTM).
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist.
- Supervisor License: You must be an Approved Supervisor by the state board, which includes the CEUs required to supervise.
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth and providing school-based services.
