About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CMM Quality Engineer to join our team as a Quality Assurance Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by implementing and maintaining effective quality systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain quality and reliability systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute CMM programs to verify part quality, measure tool components, and document findings.
  • Implement detection systems to identify and eliminate potential quality and reliability issues.
  • Analyze data to prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PPM, Cost of Quality, and NCRs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality programs, including tracking, analysis, and problem-solving activities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality records, including customer complaints, control plans, quality alerts, and weekly logs.
  • Oversee and control the gauge calibration system to ensure measurement accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment or CQE certification.
  • Strong understanding of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards and their application in quality management systems.
