Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CMM programs to verify part quality and measure tool components.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to quality, reliability, and manufacturing processes.
  • Implement detection systems to identify and eliminate potential quality and reliability issues.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PPM, Cost of Quality, and NCRs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality programs, including tracking, analysis, and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment or CQE certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards and their application in quality management systems.
