About the Role:
  • This position involves managing client relationships and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across various social networks and platforms.
  • You will develop campaign strategies, manage projects, and provide proactive support to clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles, conflict management, and providing an excellent customer experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of client's digital and social marketing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign strategy, manage projects, and support clients as their day-to-day contact.
  • Build positive business relationships with account base through proactive support, on-site visits, and client education/training.
  • Expertise in understanding social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital platforms (Xandr, GroundTruth, Amazon, etc).
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of account management experience in social advertising, digital media or ad network.
  • 2-4+ years in total work experience.
  • Experience with customer service, including conflict management, anticipating customer needs, and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
