">The Americas Sales Director Role:
">We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and develop Strava for Business in the Americas. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying commercial digital advertising or sponsorship sales, as well as multiple years of experience managing a commercial team as a media owner/platform providing digital advertising solutions.

- Lead and develop Strava for Business in the Americas">
- Develop and sell brand sponsorship activations that delight clients and the Strava community">
- Win and deepen existing relationships with key brand and agency accounts">
- Serve as the voice of customers, surfacing feedback and partner trends with product teams and leadership">
Requirements:
">- ">
- 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying commercial digital advertising or sponsorship sales">
- Multiple years of experience managing a commercial team as a media owner/platform providing digital advertising solutions">
- Deep understanding of and well-developed contacts in the advertising industry, particularly amongst large agency holding companies and enterprise brands">
- In-depth knowledge of the digital media and advertising landscape">
- Experience or genuine interest in working with product teams, using extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and marketer needs to guide product development">
- Well-versed communicator, able to engage audience and clearly articulate value proposition">
What We Offer:
">A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, a positive and supportive culture, and opportunities for growth and development. This role is based in the NYC office with a hybrid in-office work requirement of at least 3 days per week.
