Overview:

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome, prepare, and serve beverages to guests in accordance with HEI Hotels and Resorts' service standards.

Adhere to all local, state, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.

Prepare your work area for service before and after each shift.

Follow all cash handling and banking procedures as outlined by HEI Hotels and Resorts.

Complete all assigned side work according to the established schedules.

Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.

Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.

Proficiency in using point-of-service systems.

Comprehensive understanding of state liquor regulations.

Capability to carry large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through crowded areas consistently throughout your shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust your communication style to suit various audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
