Position Overview:
This hybrid role involves both In-Room Dining delivery and bussing duties. You will be responsible for the set-up, delivery, and retrieval of food and beverage orders to guest accommodations and hospitality suites, while also ensuring the cleanliness and organization of dining areas.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines and company standards.
2. Conduct regular floor sweeps to retrieve food and beverage trays, maintaining sanitation standards.
3. Provide service to hospitality suites as per established policies and procedures.
4. Complete all shift sidework as outlined in the hotel's operational guidelines.
5. Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
6. Report all communications to the immediate shift supervisor.
7. Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
8. Assist with delivering amenities to guest rooms as needed.


Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 3 months in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills: Basic understanding of customer service principles, food service operations, and cash-handling procedures is essential. Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.


Physical Demands: The role requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items up to 50 lbs, with mobility to navigate the work environment effectively. Continuous standing and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
