As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency, and customer service in our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Formulate and enforce picking goals for each area/zone of the warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work with purchasing to develop and implement procedures for unloading orders from vendors and stocking them on our shelves.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA standards, and administer 5S warehouse principles.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer service goals are continuously met, and work with dispatchers and outbound production teams to enhance customer service via delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate count of inventory, check in and post orders from hubs and vendors, and handle damaged deliveries.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a stock manager or in a related role.
- Skills: Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and time-sensitive distribution, experience with WMS/inventory management systems, RF technology, and conveyor technology.
- Qualifications: Ability to multi-task, adjust to dynamic order flow fluctuations, and identify areas drifting behind in production. Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
