Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement optimization services on material handling systems

  • Educate clients on equipment usage and upkeep
  • Provide warranty assistance by diagnosing issues and procuring necessary parts
  • Deliver technical insights to enhance equipment functionality
  • Troubleshoot and rectify installations on-site
  • Evaluate conveyors for potential enhancements
  • Articulate recommendations both verbally and through detailed reports
  • Organize and undertake travel efficiently with little notice
  • Uphold a professional appearance of equipment
  • Engage in continuous self-assessment and improvement

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a mechanical or electrical technician
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Capability to independently learn new technologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in diverse environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields
  • Experience with material handling systems
  • Robust electro-mechanical skills, including knowledge of industrial control systems
  • Proficiency in MIG welding
