As a Junior Facilities Coordinator, you will not only gain knowledge and experience but also make a significant impact on the environment around you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data from workforce projections and business strategies to forecast space and facility needs.
- Develop complex scopes, schedules, budgets, and provide status updates.
- Communicate proposals effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage real estate assets and site cost distributions.
- Conduct business scenarios to create proposals and plans.
- Establish short- and long-term business objectives through strategic and tactical planning.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Experience in project planning and coordination.
- Skills in delivering presentations and public speaking.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and generally 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master + 1 year of related work experience, 7 years of related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
