Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmology Account Strategist to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the ophthalmology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, office staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
