About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join Talent Corps as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various office tasks, including basic bookkeeping, administrative duties, scheduling, coordinating, and calendaring. Your strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.
About You:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Previous experience in an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with office management software and scheduling tools is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks at a general level.
- Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for team members and clients.
- Assist in preparing agendas, meeting materials, and other documents for client meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general administrative support to staff.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance when attending client meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow.
