Job Overview

Duas Rodas USA LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join its team. This role plays a vital part in supporting business development, acting as a liaison between the DR unit overseas and headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain the company's CRM system updated.

This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sample requests from clients, follow up with internal teams, and provide timely updates.
  • Interact with Sales Executives to clarify project doubts or client requirements.
  • Update project follow-up spreadsheets by country and report monthly to Sales Executives and Management.
  • Organize and track sample shipments, reporting to clients and Sales Executives.
  • Support client visits to the office and headquarters, working closely with local teams.
  • Maintain the CRM register updated, supported by Sales Executives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
