Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project budgets and schedules, forecasting labor, materials, and equipment needs.
  • Collaborate on and maintain Pre-construction and Construction Master Schedules.
  • Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, including Pre-construction, Handoff, Startup, Buyout, and Closeout.
  • Prepare, review, and submit Monthly Project Billings.
  • Supervise all construction activities for assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Review and negotiate Prime Contracts and Subcontracts.
  • Manage all aspects of the subcontracting process.
  • Responsible for processing all RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address and resolve issues arising from plans, specifications, or unforeseen conditions.
  • Foster effective working relationships with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Owners.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
  • Contribute to the professional development of direct reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading project teams.
  • Extensive background in public works projects, particularly those exceeding $50 million.
  • Strong ability to interpret plans and specifications across all trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (e.g., Procore), and scheduling tools (e.g., P6).
