Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare-specific construction management, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience with land use practices and procedures, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Extensive experience with financial analysis and negotiation, with a proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
