Role Summary:
Moss Adams is seeking a skilled Change Manager to spearhead organizational change management initiatives across pivotal projects within the firm’s strategic domains. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in change management, showcasing exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities. This role is integral to the Change Management team, collaborating closely with our Enterprise Business Transformation group on diverse projects in partnership with internal stakeholders, including leadership across various service lines and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple workstreams in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including service line and functional leadership.
- Implement structured change methodologies that align with project management practices to facilitate the adoption of necessary changes.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic change activities, including stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and execute change management plans, addressing anticipated resistance, crafting relevant communications, and establishing success metrics.
- Ensure the sustainability of implemented changes through ongoing integration and performance measurement.
- Monitor and report on project status concerning change management activities, including timelines and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications and Learning & Development to synchronize and enhance change strategies.
- Act as a change advocate, motivating project leaders and stakeholders to embrace change.
- Provide coaching and internal consulting to project sponsors and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, change management, organizational design, human resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related field within a complex organization, demonstrating knowledge of contemporary change methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and establish long-term relationships while developing strategic vision and objectives.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and teams, fostering trusted relationships and positively influencing outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for critical thinking and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations for leadership audiences.
- Professional certifications such as CCMP/PROSCI, PMP, or PHR are preferred.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
