Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Steel Craft Corporation. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of customer information, including credits, discounts, and purchase orders.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receiving and editing customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Performing basic inside sales activities to maximize opportunities for increased market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing support to other departments, including price estimating and quotations, and marketing trends analysis.
  • Assisting in updating ISO procedures and sales processes as required by Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education a plus.
  • Minimum one year of sales, customer service, or related experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • ERP/Epicor experience a plus.
