Collection and Revenue Manager

We are seeking a skilled Collection and Revenue Manager to join our team at JWCH Institute, Inc. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing complex billing and collections processes, ensuring timely payment from third-party payers and patients.
In this role, you will prepare and submit claims, review them for accuracy, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims. You will also generate and distribute billing statements, monitor accounts receivable, and process patient payments. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines will make you an asset to our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of billing experience, with expertise in Medicare, Medi-Cal, Denti-Cal, and commercial third-party billing. A Billing Degree or Certificate is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally are essential. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
