Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Expert to join our team at the Center for Family Health and Education, Inc. (CFHE).

About the Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have expertise in medical billing, collections, and insurance company interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue cycle strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt.
  • Lead the team in processing claims, resolving denials, and addressing patient billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a FQHC setting.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
