About the Role

This is a full-time position working for Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS) supporting the Department of Veterans Medical Disability Evaluation (MDE) program. As a Provider Network Recruiter, you will play a vital role in expanding and maintaining our network of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary service providers.
  • Reach out to prospective providers through various channels, including in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Present our organization's value proposition and benefits to potential providers, highlighting the advantages of joining our network.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with providers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including provider relations, credentialing, and contracting, to facilitate the onboarding process for new providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, contracts, and network updates in our database systems.
  • Monitor provider performance and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for network growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in provider network development, healthcare recruiting, or provider relations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of successfully closing deals and contracts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for provider meetings and networking events.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
