Job Summary

AmpThink is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team at the Kia Center in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of network operations at the Kia Center and Camping World Stadium.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of technology systems for world-class stadiums and arenas throughout North America. You will have the chance to consult on a range of projects outside of Orlando, including SoFi Stadium/Hollywood Park, New York City Football Club, and the new Nissan Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire IT lifecycle, including project development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Maintain and operate a network of telecommunications rooms and pedestals connected to a small data center built on top of a multi-layer Cisco network.
  • Provide tactical support for campus projects, including documentation of delivered systems and network design.
  • Support arena IT initiatives by provisioning and optimizing the network for each application.
  • Participate in arena support and manage help desk tickets assigned to the networking team.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience in a technology-based business or engineering firm.
  • A technical/information technology degree or engineering degree in a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • CCNP Certification or equivalent knowledge of Cisco systems.
