Aledade, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Development Sales Lead to drive growth and expansion of our network of independent primary care practices.

This role will be responsible for building relationships with local partners and practices to establish and expand Aledade's network in key markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development, with a strong understanding of value-based care models and accountable care.

The Network Development Sales Lead will be accountable for achieving annual growth targets and will work closely with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development.

The role will also involve conducting outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads for assigned accounts, as well as participating in state and regional strategy development sessions.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, 8+ years of relevant sales experience, and a willingness to travel 50-75%.
