Position Summary:

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role lasting over 24 months, designed to collaborate with the designated team to acquire comprehensive knowledge across various facets of our operations, including technical, clinical, and sales dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales representatives in conducting training sessions for surgeons, facilitating robotic development in hospitals, and managing overall territory operations.
  • Lead technical in-service sessions for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.
  • Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, contributing to the overall sales targets of the team.
  • Develop skills in goal setting, strategic mapping, and achievement in preparation for a future quota-bearing role following the CTA position.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, documenting outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

Qualifications:

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated history of success.
  • Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, and work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages, which include base salary plus commission, benefits, and equity. The target compensation for this role is $115,500.
