Thought Leader Engagement and Strategic Partnerships Specialist

AVEO Oncology is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Oncology Thought Leader Engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement strategy for thought leaders in the oncology space, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop key thought leader relationships in the oncology space
- Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy for thought leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
- Monitor market trends and make real-time updates to engagement plans
- Lead the development and execution of materials required for meetings with thought leaders
- Minimum of 7-10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in U.S. oncology Sales and/or Marketing
- Direct Thought Leader Engagement experience preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills and an ability to translate complex information into succinct and impactful messages
- Strong scientific acumen
