Job PurposeThe Sales Executive will be responsible for securing new business by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance service solutions. This role will focus on growing revenue and profitability in assigned geographic areas by selling Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services (OSHA/HIPAA) services, while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve new business and sales growth in assigned geographic areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and sell Regulated Medical Waste and Compliance Services to healthcare facilities and other customers, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of field/outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience selling in a high-volume, high-transaction industry is highly preferred.
- Post-secondary education (College or University Degree) is strongly desired.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
