Job Overview

DriveTime is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Guide to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, providing detailed information and features of all vehicles.
  • Partner with managers and other sales team members to delegate tasks and responsibilities, meeting customer and company needs.
  • Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing solutions and completing purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
  • Perform various tasks throughout the dealership, including preparing titles, loan documents, and taking down payments.
Requirements
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
