Job Description

The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Enprotech team, responsible for supporting the overall objectives of the department by applying appropriate accounting principles to transactions, reconciling and analyzing accounts, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial insights to the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Processing: Timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
