We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to support our dynamic team of 30 employees. This role reports directly to the Director of HR, who oversees operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees, ensuring a positive workplace experience and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Payroll Management: Administer payroll processes for 30 employees using UKG software.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions, to manage data effectively.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with employees, demonstrating patience and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, managing expense reports and liaising with the finance team to streamline operations.
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing and screening resumes, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
- Resourcefulness: Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and self-directed learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 annually
Qualifications- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred.
Work Location: In-person
