About the Job

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the co-presidents of LATAM by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials.

  • Work closely with case managers to ensure timely and accurate pre-bills for clients.
  • Perform various accounting duties, including receiving and logging subcontractor invoices, preparing prebills, and reviewing billing entries.

We offer a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
