As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our production equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, setting up production lines, and ensuring safety compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and building/facility equipment
  • Set up production lines and prepare equipment for scheduled runs
  • Install, move, or remove production machinery and building/facility equipment
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production machinery and building/facility equipment
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance, including routine, landscape maintenance, snow and ice removal, interior and exterior lighting, and signage maintenance
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, paint, carpentry, and forklift repairs
  • Assist in developing standard set-up procedures for production lines
  • Design and build production assist devices to improve productivity
  • Maintain a well-organized inventory of tools, replacement parts, repair items, and equipment
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal OSHA rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an industrial environment
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient mechanical skills required
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems

Location: Moscow Mills, Missouri

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $22 per hour
