Dock Attendant Seasonal

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a skilled Dock Attendant to join our team for the 2025 season. As a key member of our waterfront team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean lake area, ensuring all boats dock safely, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Enforce lake rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and facilities
• Assist guests with docking and undocking their boats
• Participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the lake area
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of rope knots and water safety procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Lifting and moving up to 25 pounds is required, with occasional lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. The number of work hours per week is variable and based on guest occupancy, season, and staffing.
