About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our technical support team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will provide exceptional phone-based technical support to our dealers, helping them resolve complex technical issues and ensure devices are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support via phone
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve technical concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve quality and service
  • Participate in ongoing training and product testing to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Other duties as assigned

  • About the security industry, our business model, marketing strategies, and how we work with dealers
Requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation and disposition
  • Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience with logical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter who can operate independently within a team environment
