Customer Service Representative - Health Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Health Insurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and online chat

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
