Job Summary:

The Distributor Customer Experience Team is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Distributors by being a proactive solutions-oriented partner. Our dedicated team members work closely with customers to provide a concierge level of service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing primary phone and email support to Distributor customers. You will process all customer orders received via phone, email, EDI, and fax transmittal, and escalate special customer requests to Expeditor. You will also work collaboratively as a team in a virtual environment to identify areas for Pod continues improvement and pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary phone and email support to Distributor customers

Process all customer orders received via phone, email, EDI, and fax transmittal

Escalate special customer requests to Expeditor

Work collaboratively as a team in a virtual environment

Identify areas for Pod continues improvement

Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and future opportunities
