Job Title: Senior Higher Education Impact Manager

Generation Hope is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Higher Education Impact Manager to join our Learning & Innovation Team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance and coaching to higher education institutions to improve their capacity to support student parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance the capacity of higher education leaders and administrators.
  • Develop and implement technical assistance programs to strengthen the capacity of colleges and universities to better serve student parents.
  • Provide coaching and support to higher education institutions to improve their policies, practices, and programs to support student parents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Innovation to develop and implement the technical assistance program.
  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluations, and data analysis to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on student success, retention, and completion.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching to higher education professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education policies, practices, and programs related to student success and retention.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in higher education, education policy, or a related field.
  • Experience working with student parents and/or low-income students.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and evaluation methods.
  • Experience with program development and implementation.
