The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to patients with speech, language, hearing, and oral motor problems. This includes working collaboratively with families and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. The Speech Therapist I will report to the Assistant Director, Rehabilitation Services and operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patients' communication needs
* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication goals
* Providing direct patient care services, including speech and language therapy, oral motor therapy, and other related interventions
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
