- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Operational Management: Take full operational responsibility for all profit and loss related activities of the branch, including managing inventory, payroll, and other operational aspects.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and recognize the contributions of branch personnel to establish a team culture, and ensure that all employees receive regular performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Education: A four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing management experience, and 2 years of service center operations experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with all levels of management, self-starter with good motivational skills, and demonstrated proficiency with multi-tasking and time management.
- Work Environment: Job requires an equal amount of time walking and standing, with approximately 50% of time spent sitting. Does not require any heavy lifting or carrying.
- Physical Abilities: Hand movements typically used: typing, grasping, holding. Speech/hearing: ability to express/exchange ideas and otherwise communicate with customers and peers.
