Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

  • Ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five years of restaurant management experience, with a bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant or business management preferred.
  • Four years of experience in a supervisor capacity, with a combination of practical experience and education considered as an alternative.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain alcohol and food handling certifications.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $67,892.00, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave.
