About the Job

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering or Cell Biology/Immunology, along with 4-7 years of relevant experience in cellular therapies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on manufacturing processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering or Cell Biology/Immunology.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in JMP and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
