- Manage a range of transactions, including the issuance, renewal, suspension, and revocation of driver and vehicle credentials.

- Review and validate essential documents required for credential issuance, ensuring their authenticity and completeness.
- Utilize multiple systems to analyze documents and determine customer eligibility for services.
- Address customer inquiries related to non-DMV services and facilitate necessary transactions.
- Conduct evaluations of drivers' knowledge and skills through various testing methods.
- Perform inspections of vehicle equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to transactions and inspections.
To qualify for the Motor Vehicle Associate III position, candidates must demonstrate competency in the following areas:
- Two years of experience in document processing, including the evaluation of records for compliance with regulations.
- Two years of customer service experience, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance to clients.
- Two years of experience applying motor vehicle laws and regulations.
- Two years of experience utilizing automated information systems for data management.
- One year of experience operating equipment related to driver or vehicle services.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices, either through formal training or practical experience.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
