About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System Administrator to join our team at Blue Star Partners LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Learning Management System, training reporting, and records, and will work closely with Division, Managers and Team Leaders to continuously improve learning processes and/or systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, science, engineering, human resources, business, or instructional design, and experience in the medical device or regulated industry. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and provide direction to the management team.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location in Scarborough, ME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the Learning Management System, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Supports audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to the Learning system and/or processes.
  • Coodinates and supports completion of training programs that are required to meet cGMP requirements.
