We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Training Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring effective training programs are implemented to meet quality standards, adhering to regulatory expectations and company policies.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and managing the Quality System Training Program. Your primary focus will be on supporting employees' training needs, promoting learning activities, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the administration of the LMS and management of the Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are trained to perform their activities.
  • Provides Subject Matter Expertise on the learning process, including the learning management system, to other functional areas.
  • Ensures effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities.
  • Liaises with Division, Managers, and Team Leaders to continuously improve learning processes and systems.
  • Establishes and maintains a direct and proactive relationship with internal and external customers, anticipating and addressing issues as necessary.
  • Authors and reviews learning documentation/material.
  • Supports audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to the Learning system and/or processes.
Requirements
  • BS in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Estimated Salary$90,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
